Non-Profit Tuesday: Humane Society of Western Montana

Every Tuesday we partner with a different non-profit organization in our community and donate 15% of our evening’s sales to their cause. Join us for these special nights and learn more about the wonderful work that is going on in Missoula!

Tonight’s percentage sales night is a celebration of Spark the cat’s first birthday.  All of the proceeds from the event will support the Humane Society of Western Montana’s Emily Kantor Medical Assistance Fund. This special fund provides live saving medical care for pets with special medical needs, like Spark.

Spark, a small calico kitten from a feral colony was placed in a foster home when she arrived at the shelter in May 2015. At just 2 ½ weeks old, she was named Spark for her very spunky personality. And boy did she need this drive and determination. The Humane Society has learned that this sweet, affection and fragile little lady, has a rare condition referred to as Osteogenesis imperfecta. After several broken bones due to poor bone density, a treatment plan including medication to increase her mobility and maintain her intestinal integrity has made it possible for Spark to walk. She is looking for a loving, gentle family able to provide her with a small, safe space to lounge and play with nearby toys.

We are proud to support HSWM and their is commitment to saving every animal. Every time.
